I wasn't going to post this but it's fucked up in so many ways.

Warning some of this is gross!

I only have a couple of fatigue pic's actually as I rarely wore them after my first year in. But you're a little off on your internet "cold reading," though bud. It's relatively easy. All you do is set out on a jog. Then stop for around 3-4 minutes. Start up, then stop. When you begin again, it counts as a separate session. In this manner, you can jog 3-4 times a week within a single day, in less than 20 minutes.

Next lesson: Doing 500 sit-ups, over the course of a year.

It was done as a favor to a friend who happens to be an Emmy Award winning producer, and was actually a fun time.

The shows I'm talking about last week were shows my company produced for Michael Wilton of Queensryche, and his performances were great. I've also done shows for members of Heart, Steppenwolf, and many, many others.

As for past gigs, I've played onstage opening up for Cheap Trick, Gin Blossoms, Jimmy Eat World, LifeHouse, and many others over the years.

My other job allows me to hang with the likes of The Black Crowes, Motorhead, and Soundgarden.

Tell us Jeremy, who do YOU play with? Where have you gigged?

I'm going to be back out playing again this summer after a year away from gigging. One of the shows we're being offered right now is on a bill with Presidents of The United States.

Again, what do you do again?

He asked to be banned at least once, which shows that some people really should stay away from the net totally. The fact that he would even give a shit enough was pretty funny if it weren't so sad...
