Besides ozone injections, another homeopathic, non-FDA-approved detoxing technique I came across in 98 with similar scientific strength supporting it is "sillver colloidal therapy" with an EMP blood-zapper you make from flash bulb parts from cheap 35mm camera parts.

In fact, I was reading a study that said in a blind-study done a few years ago, people with cancer who did nothing (no chemo, no meds, focusing mostly on diet restriction rest and exercise) had a 1 in 6 chance of shrinking their tumors compared to those who did undergo treatment, and an even higher rate of full recovery than those who underwent both surgery and therapy.

I could be WAY way off on this, because I don't focus on medical things.

Look, even though the initial commentary was somewhat harebrained, there was no way at the time you could have known MAX's condition. It's indeed understandable that you feel awful, but the truth is it wasn't your fault. It's best to put it down to poor timing, and move on in a positive way.

Knowing the guy, I strongly believe he feels the same way that I do, and now that some time has passed and he's working his way toward recovery I doubt the man holds much against you. The thing is, that recovery is a slow, tedious and often heartrending process. While apologies are a great thing, now the best thing that you, me or anyone else can do is offer the fellow our support.

Thanks to everyone who continues to think of, pray for and remember Max.

He is doing OK.

He had a setback last month but everything worked itself out and he is back on his scheduled treatments.

The docs were experimenting with his pain meds for a while and that was...well...interesting. :p

Lets just say that Max was even "flakier" than usual. LOL.

He is still on bed rest, but his head is much more clear now and his attitude is awesome.

I never imagined what a fighter he is.
