fuck watch cops on saturday they break miranda codes all over the place. they read them their rights and continue to badger the suspect telling him to just come clean and we will go easy on ya, then he admits to the crime and they throw the book at him. its supposed to be you have the right to remain silent yadda yadda yadda, but they add in there just rat yourself out and we wont take ya to jail.

you get pulled over and cops ask permission to search your car, you say fuck no, cops have suspicion to search and judges allow it. its bullshit. the only way you will win an illegal search and seizure suit is if you have a shitload of witnesses that have no criminal record to testify, it would also help if you had your lawyer in the car with you.
