    The Proper Way to do Squats

    Huh! Funny thing.. Czech this out: and I always thought that the proper way to do squats was to have the other person sit ON you.. thanks to THIS talented technician, I know now that if I ever had the errant idea to exercise and do squats that you point your knees outward.

      Squats? I don't know how well she is teaching those, but my wrist got one hell of a workout.
