Best - HFT.

Worst - Stand Up.
I can't find any good point on this video.
low budget, no concept, no highlight, and a little bit gay.
this is probably the worst video in his career.

Probably the worst song on the album too plus he looks a bit like TJ Hooker in drag and you wonder where the rest of the band went.

Yankee Rose is pretty bad... what the hell was he thinking? Did it need that much ass? Was HE the Yankee Rose? Where are the generic bimbos in bikini?

It's a bit embarrassing to say you're a fan of Dave to someone who's watching that shit.

Stand Up really isn't a particularly good song, so it wasn't a sk=hock for the video to be a bit subpar (although that brunette in the black skirt and red shirt is fookin' HOT).

I like the three Oakland 1981 vids the best. Just Van Halen back with the only lineup that mattered, rocking the roof off the joint.

Best - Panama. Hands down. Such a cool video that gets you pumped up just as much as the song itself & really showed Van Halens fun/goofy side to the world on MTV.

Worst - Jump. Has a few cool spots here & there, but overall a very weak video in a warehouse in Los Angeles. Just looks cheap. Which is far beneath the #1 rock band at the time.

The worst would have to be the infamous Pretty Woman Video wouldn't it? I mean the guys dressed up in their silly costumes, especially Alex and Mike. WTF? Eddie looked about as natural as a cowboy as Cherone between a woman's legs.
The best, imo, is That's Life because it is a rarity and you see shit that went wrong on tour such as Vai throwing the guitar around his back and it coming off.

Worst yet: The Going Crazy Spanish Lip Synch he did for some Mexican TV show where there wasn't even a band with him. He was just running around the sound stage in his fag suit.

i agree.I was telling my friends about why Van halen were better than (insert generic rapper here).Anyhow i told her to go watch some vid's on youtube.she only watches jump.surfice to say i didn't win that talk
