Education starts at home. you throw all the money you want at it but if the students don't give afuck and their parents or parent don't either it's a waste.I know this sounds like the old man screaming "GET OFF MY LAWN"!!!! but have you seen what our schools are turning out? Teachers in the los angeles school district are so scared of their kids they just pass them onto the next grade. There was a study released here not too long ago that said that a very large percent {I don't remember the exact number} of high school grads can't read or write at eighth grade level. HAVE YOU SEEN JUNIORS GRADES? YIKES!
