That's right, kids! Turnoff a light bulb or two for an hour or so and presto - instant climate., social and environmental change for all. Because if seriously believing in this shit will change sunspot activity or save the polar ice caps then obviously you haven't taken nearly the Prozac and Valium the people in the video have.

And radiation is good and carbon dioxide is bad...

Radiation is bad for everyone. Carbon dioxide is OK if you're a plant. Of course the plants which take in the most carbon dioxide - old growth trees - are also the ones that were ripped out of the earth by the polluters.

More CO2 + less plants capable of taking it in and releasing oxygen = bad news.

Ford, I must ask why do you argue with him? Talk about wasting energy.

I'm not denying that we have problems but like this nuclear disaster in Japan, there are so many conflicting reports you just don't know who to trust. If people really want to do something to improve the quality of life on the planet, fine but so much of it has hidden agendas. New taxes, new for profit industries, new regulations put in place to benefit a few rich people. It's almost like someone knows we need to change but they want the monopoly on the new paradigm. I'm sorry but I'm not rolling over for that shit. The biggest constant in the green movement is the lack of honesty and ethics in it. They have hyped it up in the schools and media to the point it's a new religion and like the slick Christian assholes on television, they want to take your money and put you in your proper place.

When I was in the commercial real estate business I could find an appraiser to give me any figure I wanted. These guys made big money being the so called appraisal experts but it really was just another racket. You can buy any kind of study you want. Scientists are always looking for grants and funding. If I was a rich investment banker like David Mayer de Rothschild or Evelyn de Rothschild, I would have no problem getting scientific journals to say whatever I wanted them to say thank's to generous research grants given by my foundations. We can make that nasty coal illegal or unprofitable which of course helps our uranium monopoly.

Jesus told me I had to do it. (Probably because He doesn't post on the Sabbath)

That's normal enough. If you said Ramtha from Yelm told you to do it, I would be worried about you.

Nah, I wouldn't believe anything that phony bitch says. I've seen the hair plugs on top of her head. And anyone who puts carpeted floors and chandeliers in a horse stable, well that's just fucking weird.

I've known some Ramsters (which is what her cult members are called around here) who were genuinely good people. But they'll never change my mind about her.

Hmmm... apologies to these people, but I'm not a sad, pathetic being that needs to think he's part of something to be happy. I may be alone, but I don't feel lonely.

So, this "Everybody's doing it, I'll do it too & I'll be doing it with millions of people, so I won't be lonely any more & people will like me & I'm part of something, hooray, my life now has meaning, will you please be my friend?" vibe doesn't really clip my toenails.

All in all, I'd rather be wanking. And you can't do that with no electricity, nowadays. High definition, high resolution pr0n with crystal clear moans through 5.1 channels of X-Fi goodness, motherfucker!

I do pick up a magazine from the nostalgia drawer, very once in a while, but I feel like I'm committing necrophilia. They were old when I was young, fer chrissakes.

Are pr0n magazines still fabricated these days? Haven't seen one fer AGES.

What were we talking about? Oh, save the Earth, yeah. Good onya. Praise J. C. & all that. How old do you suppose one of those German magazines with barely distinct colours & lots of pubic & body hair are? I bet these teenagers I'm looking at have teenage granddaughters by now.

Interesting concept...

Suppose you found out your granny was in porn 60 years ago? Lesbian porn even? How would that affect your life? Would you tell her you know? Would you ask her what else she did? Would you ask her if she did it to your granddad? Would you wank to it & feel extraordinarily filthy afterwards?

So many questions... I thought I was goin' somewhere with this post, but then, somehow, I got sidetracked along the way & I'm much more interested in the repercussions of finding out a late relative on a filthy magazine of the 60s.

Suppose it was your great-grandfather, that nice little man that was really old by the time you were born & that you only half remember sitting by the fire, hardly able to even speak & one nice day, you come across an old mag where he's doin' two birds at once. I'm sorry, I can't stop. I won't be able to wrap this up, so screw it. I'm gonna stop this post NOW.

Cheers! :bottle:

The lipizzaner stables in Vienna had chandeliers in them when I was there. But then her cult must be raking in the dough if she can afford it.

Supposedly there are several celebrities who have had their horses boarded at Ramtha's stable, and they weren't even necessarily members of her cult. Though Linda Evans (of Dynasty fame) would fit both categories......

...they used to be very close. Even heard rumors that they were "more than friends" :eatit:

She must have her school of enlightenment registered as a church and she is a priest and is raking it in tax free. Of course I just couldn't bullshit people that heavy and live with myself. I couldn't do Ramtha without busting us laughing. I mean it's one thing to tell people your are a prophet or apostle of god and look and sound like a boring businessman like the Mormons do. It's a whole other scam talking weird and making masses of people think you are channeling an Atlantis ascended master. She's got to be fucked in the head from years of doing that. You would almost have to believe your own bullshit to pull the acting job off.

They almost look like twin sisters. My wife is from Issaquah and never heard of JZ Knight.

For some reason I'm interested in studying scams. This one looks particularly interesting to me. I could see people buying it if she lived in a modest home but it's pretty damn obvious this lady is living damn well off her little funny voice and world of make believe. Unbelievable. PT Barnum was right when he said a sucker is born every minute. If you can bullshit well, get a ministers license and get rich.

Her house is rather large. If you pull up Yelm WA on Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Yelm+WA&aq=&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=43.25835,67.763672&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Yelm,+Thurston,+Washington&ll=46.955367,-122.633278&spn=0.00457,0.008272&t=h&z=17)/Google Earth and look for a big mansion just outside the west end of town, and all the other buildings on the property. Kinda hard to miss.....

I'm watching a JZ Knight video and my wife comes in going who in the fuck is that? My wife is a MAJOR horse person, so we start checking out JZ's house and stables. My wife loves it. Now she's asking me when I'm going to get my Ramtha gig going because she wants a house just like that.

If you think about it, it's not easy to pull off. You have to have the formula down pat so you keep your stories straight. You have to know what you are going to say and research a lot of the new wave/science stuff she uses. You have to keep character. Plus, being a half decent looking woman is a plus. A guy couldn't pull it off as well. Women are going to relate to another woman better and men are going to be sold partially because you are good looking and show interest in them.

It's a pretty good scam and it's been around for awhile. She must have good lawyers and intimidating cult followers to keep the ones who bolt shut up. Scientology is the master of that one. Once you have enough money to grease the city/country and bring enough business to town, they leave you alone unless you really fuck up.

The concept of Earth Hour itself isn't a bad idea. Why are they doing this in March though, when Earth Day is in April?

And since Earth Day was first established during the Nixon administration (as was the Environmental Protection Agency) that means right wingers have no excuses not to observe it.
