He was...or still is...a high-ranking member of one of the neighborhood homeowners associations in West Chester. One of thos new subdivisions built by illegal aliens...he's the guy who comes around in the middle of the night and cuts your sattelite dish cable in half if you put it in your front yard, because you can't get a picture with it in the backyard.
