Dude...there was an article on Yahoo this morning that Amsterdam is going to make it illegal for the cafe's to sell to tourists. By Dec 31 each smoke cafe will only be able to sell to actual members that are residents. And even at that each cafe will be limited to 1500. So odd that they are killing such a draw in the tourism and sending it underground into the shadows.
