I don't think he really gave a concrete answer to that question. He just feels that he doesnt want to continue coaching there at this point.........Part of that is the possible departure of Kobe, and the fact that Shaq wants out(Shaq hates Gm Mitch Kupchak) It'll be interesting to see what this team looks like next year.
