I've been big on this guy for about 4 years now(?) Was introduced to him by listening to Tinariwen. Have yet to see him preform live because he is obviously too cool and too smart to visit my shitty little cowtown. I find his playing fantastic and original but can any of you guitar hipsters tell me who makes his instrument? I should know this or it some kind of warped hybrid custom much in the same manner Lyndsey Buckingham plays?
