What music video do you think is the best? Song is not relevant, just the video. Unless you think that the video goes very well with the song.

I have periond when i like different things, but right now my favorite is Crucified by Army of Lovers.
I like the band and all their videos. They are both artistic and vulgar at the same time :-)

On the subject of upset Americans. Here is a video that didn't see the light of day over there, it was censored, and instead they made some shitty Romeo and Juliet thing with Claire Danes and Leonardo di Caprio. We, Europeans got to see the good version.

The writing is interesting on that tune the vid seems not on subject.

Can you introduce me to Camilla or Dominika..? You know, for the sammiches.

I haven't thought about this dance beat band in a long time and still I wonder how a country that has specialized in world class movie making ( I usually only watched the movies 90 seconds at a time, mmmm Yah,Sveeeedish films...)
can't seem to produce a Star Wars HD music video...lol

But, then I remembered why I like this band, these chicks, at least when the vid isn't a training film for drag queens they throw out some cheeky stuff.

Jag älskar den sexiga kvinnan Dominika mycket sexiga La Camilla erotiska longtime kyssa din fisk cat och gör mig många sammiches

Yes, both cool vids, the third babe to grace this band was, de la Cour, Miss Sweden 1990, as you probably know, I don't know wich version of this tune I like better hers or the one with, Camilla..just so fine..

In the second vid dude can't keep his pants on, but, de la Cour shines thru.

Kanske också kyss, de la Cour fish cat och lång tid mig många små sammiches

Rod Stewart's Infactuation was a good one.

Have a bunch of favorite music vids of all time. Possibly too many to list. Am kinda partial to the early MTV ones where it was a bit of performance footage (even if the band was just miming it) combined with a bit of concept footage.

Stuff like:
Men At Work - Who Can It Be Now
Devo - Whip It
Queen - Crazy Little Thing Called Love
Tommy Tutone - 8675309
Van Halen - Panama

I used to like that Aldo Nova Fantasy Video.

Also:
Chiliwak - My Girl
Gary Newman - Cars
Human League - Don't You Want Me
ABC - Poison Arrow
Black Sabbath - Trashed
Bow Wow Wow - I Want Candy

Right around 1985, MTV started taking itself too damn seriously, and too many damn bands getting play on the station were seemingly more focused on making the music videos themselves then they were coming up with music in the first place. First four years of MTV were pretty good, though.

Who is this Van Halen you speak of...?..lol ...that live 81 is the shizz, for a live performance vid.

ABC put together some fine vids.

I used to crank this cassette when I was on the road and sing like I could stay in tune...3am cranking thru Alabama who gives a fuck..? the pine trees outside my window..they loved it.

Actually one of the few where the visuals made complete sense in relation to the lyrics.

I'm not a huge fan of videos. "All the Same" by The Rabid Whole will always be a favourite though. That was my first film set.

Shitty part is that the makeup is s so well done, even my own mom didn't recognize me...and I've got a lot of face time in it.

The most excited I have ever been to watch a music video was the video for a song called Tattoo because I had waited twenty eight years to see it.

But my all time favorite video is for the song Panama.......but then again I am partial because I'm in the video.

There is no crowd when he says that, but a little before. What clothes did you have on? I'll see if I can make a print screen :D

BTW, I am kinda ashamed to say it, but this is the first time I've seen video to Panama. Just cause I had an idea that I don't like the song, but it's actually pretty good. I'm gonna download it now. Hope Apple has got it.

Last night Cinderella's road manager asked me what I was reaching for and I told her "David Lee Roth's foot".

Omg, i saw that movie when i was about maybe 13 years old, and i have been looking to find what it was called, just cause i remember it being so bizzare. All i remember is when they were at the old guys house, he served some discusting, thick, pale pink sausages. It was gross and bizzare. Thank you!!!

Yeah, you're right about that. It's actually funny as hell if you're high though! But seriously, I'm surprised that movie ever got the green light - just a stupid ass idea to begin with.

It became more 'understandable' to me when I read years later that Ackroyd (whether true or not I don't know) has a degree of Aspergers. His obsession apparently is security and law enforcement and he carries some badge around with him in real life.

The second thing is it is based in NJ...and there are really some parts in the NJ Woods, or Pine Barrens that he must have driven through to get that inspiration. I even think I know the restaurant they based that movie on. .....I'm serious.

A good friend of mine cannot stand Ackroyd..and introduced me to that movie...lol...

I caught it again recently...accidentally. Could not look away again. The second time around you notice even more..hidden jokes I will call them....

I would post a link or trailer, but I've already embarrassed myself to admit I've watched it twice..straight..no outside influence..lol. It is so odd you have to laugh sometimes...Just couldn't believe it really did get the green light as you said...
