The Ramones were the kick in the ass that rock and roll needed in 1976. Like they said, everything was either second grade Zeppelin, overproduced, or just junk at the time...they fixed that...two years later, David Lee Roth came with that band of his and man did the world have some hot music...

I will really miss The Ramones. I always hoped for a reunion.

No chance of that now, I suppose!
