The Banks failed when giving out home loans to those that were meant to be renter's and they couldn't afford there mortgage's, that started the whole housing crash. Now, we have California, using US taxpayers money for the bail out and the banks do nothing.

No doubt, the banks are freaking crooked and corrupt. Both parties were mesmerized by the power of the banks/wall street. Bill Clinton's signing to remove the Glass Stegal Act was a mistake.
