I was talking to someone from the Ukraine and they said never trust the Russians. You sometimes wonder if they purposefully ended the Soviet Union so we would let our guard down. The communists are great long-term masters of deception.

According to some people here the Soviet Union was a paper tiger whose power was exaggerated to profit the Military Industrial Complex. The same source has stated that the United States doesn't even need a standing army because most if not all threats to this country are manufactured by the same.

In the words of Zombie Reagan.... "There you go again, Sockfucker......"

The Soviet Union was a real, tangible threat in 1962. Thankfully, we had a real President in office at the time who was able to stare them down, and prevent both a nuclear apocalypse AND a missile base in Cuba.

However, by 1975 they had spent themselves into obvlivion. The BCE knew this to be a fact, but the team they had in position at the time under the Ford (no relation) administration deliberately hid this fact, and after a 4 year vacation while Jimmy Carter was in the White House, came back with Reagan as their frontman and went on a sickening "defense" spending orgy.

The BCE hacks who did that study in 1975? Their names were Cheney, Wolfowitz, Perle, and Rumsfeld. Yeah that's right... the same assholes who lied us into Iraq, and are now screaming for war with Iran. And idiots like you will believe them again, even though they are repeatedly proven liars.

Speak of the devil. Kennedy was a real president all right. He escalated our involvement in Viet Nam by sending troops when the previous administration had sent mainly advisers yet you never hear him blamed for it. He was the sitting president that allowed the build up of missiles in Europe that pissed off the Soviet Union enough that they decided it was a good idea to put a few missiles a little closer to us. If anything Kennedy took us to the brink of annihilation with his policies. But what would you expect from a rich inheritance brat that got his PT boat demolished by a ship that they should have detected if anyone was awake and on watch at the time. But instead of being reprimanded for incompetence he was lionized as a hero who saved his crew.
And as far as you're last assumption goes, wrong again. It's pretty much agreed that we supplied Iraq with WMDs. Therefore it wasn't a lie that they had them and were a threat to use them. As far as Iran goes those fucks have been begging us to kick their asses for years. As have the North Koreans. You make it sound like they're innocent pawns who are just minding their own business and any threat perceived by us from them is a product of the military industrial complex just trying to get something going to profit them.
I was for going back to Iraq before 9/11 but after that happened I thought we should have gone after Bin Laden (another innocent pawn in your opinion) and anyone allied with him and kick the shit out of them.Saddam had the resource to start shit but I think he lacked the balls to ever act up too much. If he was still in power it really wouldn't matter much. The ass kicking we could have given the Taliban and their pals would have served notice we are not to be fucked with by third world camel jockies. If we would have concentrated on that goal. But we didn't.

Whatever weapons Saddam had (sold to him by the BCE) were gone long before Chimpy illegally assumed his Supreme Court appointed office. Don't take my word for it, ask Scott Ritter. The Republican Marine who was given the job of finding out what weapons Hussein had left, if any......

That's basically horseshit. We only had advisers in Nam under JFK. U.S. combat operations didn't begin until 1965, maybe '64 if you want to be technical...

The missiles in Turkey you're talking about were obsolete by 1963 and actually somewhat of an annoying burden to the U.S. military...

Another bullshit simpleton story. PT109 was idling in search of a target because they didn't have radar, like other more advanced PT boats did. That's why they were rammed. The PT Boat service were the largely over-hyped 'Navy SEALS' of their day. Kennedy actually contributed quite a bit to the service by helping to devise tactics and transforming the PT Boat service from a hopeless David vs. Goliath themed arm attacking larger ships with inferior torpedoes to a coastal patrol service that was very effective at "busting" Japanese supply barges, helping to isolate and starve Japanese Army garrisons. Something the "rich kid," who was by all accounts suffering from horrendous back pain from his Addison's Disease steroid treatments, never got his due for...

By 63 there were 16,000 troops in Viet Nam. Up from the 900 advisers Ike sent. Sounds like escalation to me.
Everybody was asleep when PT 109 was rammed but JFKs dad had used his connections to cover up the real facts and make his boy look like a hero. The members of the crew were paid off to lie. The Kennedys are the real BCE.

But they weren't active combat formations, they were still advisers working to expand the capability of the feeble RVNAF. 1965 was the year we began sending in the Marines, then the 1st Air Cav to actively fight on their own. The early 60's is also when the North Vietnamese began infiltrating in their Army...
