Yeah, but the difference is that tonight many of the actual individuals involved, whether that be FBI, CIA, UN Inspectors, REPUBLICAN Congressmen, or Col. Wilkerson (who I worked at JCS with as Gen. Powell's Executive Aide), were interviewed on TV on the record saying it was bullshit....

I can't say I learned much new from this and I think we were saying a lot of it even at the time.

You could debunk most of the 'intel' that was coming out prior to the war using Google. Some of us here were posting regularly that Saddam was hated by Al-Queda and there could be no link with 9-11 and so the assumption became that they must have other intelligence that backs all of this up because otherwise it would be idiotic insanity.

Turned out it was.

Well we the public are like mushrooms. They keep us in the dark and feed us shit. We know something is wrong and might paint a halfway accurate picture looking at the patterns of what's going on but it's always nice to have someone on the inside blow the whistle. Now we see the overconfident gangsters as they really were and this just opens up questions of what was the end game of all this? What was their overall objective and is the current administration in on it? How much have both political parties been compromised? I think we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg right now.

I might add money today is all smoke and mirrors. It's bullshit. It's made from nothing. Everyone's money. It's an illusion. Debt can be written off. Bankers can be jailed. More money can always be made. You can't give someone's life back nor can you give someone's damaged health back. You can't undue emotional trauma. People always worry about the money. Auditing these central banks will show the scam and of course debt accrued using fraud and deception can be written off. The biggest creditors are the crooks anyways. Then we bring the process in the open and some smart people fix it and the economy, a real economy takes off and the new problem will be finding enough employees. You can't fix death and you can't fix emotional trauma and scars. That's the real cost. No financial experts can fix those problems.

Just hours after the 9/11 attacks, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld met in the Pentagon with Air Force General Richard Myers, then vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other top aides. Notes taken by Rumsfeld aide Steve Cambone (and referred to pages 334 and 335 of the 9/11 Commission Report) show the secretary asked for the “best info fast..judge whether good enough [to] hit S.H. Tommy Franks, Centcom commander, to plot the “decapitation” of the Iraqi government, according to the now declassified talking points agenda from the sessions (shown on television for the first time in the documentary). The talking points suggest that Rumsfeld and his team were grappling with a tricky issue: “How [to] start?” the war. In other words, what would the pretext be? Various scenarios were outlined: “US discovers Saddam connection to Sept. 11 attack or to anthrax attacks?” reads one of them. “Dispute over WMD inspections?” reads another. “Start now thinking about inspection demands.”
