What is it a million dollars? I really don't like the looks of the new super cars and paddle shift sucks. Yeah they are impressive performance wise but they have gone beyond being real road machines like the old super cars were. The old lambos were simple. Just a lot of horsepower (for the day). That old V12 block was the perfect marriage of smooth high revs and torque on demand. One of the great engines and then a built like a tank transmission you had to man shift. Plus the noise. That engine made a great sound when you revved it up. So good EVH used the sound in the song Panama.

Remember when Italian sorts cars were referred to as sex on wheels? Yeah, those days are gone. I like space ships as much as anybody but the new super cars don't do it for me. Now a nice 308, or Nitro's - I mean Higgins - car or a Testarossa, those are sexy cars.

I'd say Maserati still has it...

There's still a few people out there who make those kits. Ol' McBurnie was the only one who got shut down.

Dude - there's about a billion people who want that car - you're not the only one. Kits - bodies - show up on eBay from time to time and partially completed cars and completed cars do too. The bumpers and the side marker lights are a bitch to find though. And the McBernie bodies actually have MCBERNIE embossed into the rockers under the doors. McBernie got screwed when Enzo had a meltdown over the "Daytonas" used on Vice. Ferrari forced him to destroy the moulds and everything. They did the same thing to the company that was producing the Pontiac Mera, at the same time.

For driving fun I've always been a Porsche 911 guy and it isn't a real Porsche unless it's air cooled. I used to have one and it was the funnest car. I wish I still had it and man the prices have shot up on them in the last few years. You use all the horsepower and it's a great thrust to weight experience.
