Complete bullshit based on hearsay of a stupid 21-year old. They throw out other agencies (the DIA) and the alphabet soup of silly bullshit...

This is all part of his defense by claiming he was suckered into robbing banks...and it's not the CIA, it's the DIA. Confusion of the two is first sign that someone doesn't know what the hell they're talking about...
