Im not far from there. I hate the LA area, I really do. People will kill ya for a $1 or looking at them wrong and all the cops are on edge (can you blame them?)

I lived in Glendale when I was living out there. Would just go over the hill to Eagle Rock and see homies on their knees with hands behind their head surrounded by cops who were arresting them. Razor wire on the fences and shit.

I lived in a nice neighborhood. But out there a bad hood is always only a short drive away. I never want to live there again, but I look forward to visiting there again someday.

I'm closer to Hollyweird (also in a nice neighborhood), don't really have any reason to go to Compton....but when I was vacationing last week was reminded why I love L.A. so much...
