Lawman denies sex aid claims

A JUDGE who allegedly used a pump to enlarge his manhood while trying cases faces the sack. Judge Donald D Thompson, 57, is accused of repeatedly exposing himself in full view of witnesses, a clerk and a court reporter.
It is claimed that as well as using the pump, he pleasured himself and oiled and shaved his genitals during trials.
Lisa Foster, who was the judge's court reporter for 15years,estimates she saw his exposed penis 15 or 20 times.
She also claims she saw him use the pump about 10 times.
Now the Oklahoma attorney general is calling on the state's Judiciary Court to kick the judge, who has held his post for more than 20 years, off the bench.
Yesterday, Thompson's lawyer labelled the allegations 'bizarre and preposterous'.
Clark Brewster said some of the judge's rulings had upset local law enforcement officers, who were seizing an opportunity to embarrass and attack him.
He added Thompson had received a penis pump as a joke birthday gift from a friend and it had become a running gag around his courthouse in Sapulpa, outside Oklahoma City.
Attorney general Drew Edmondson claims in his petition that the judge violated the 'canons' rules governing professional conduct.
The papers filed with the court read: 'Judge Thompson violated these canons by his repeated use of a device known as a penis pump during non-jury and jury trials in his courtroom and in the presence of court employees.
'He also violated these canons by placing himself in a position where his court reporter viewed his penis on a number of occasions while he was serving in his capacity as district judge.
'Lisa K Foster was Judge Thompson's court reporter for 15 years.
'She first started hearing a noise that 'sounded like a blood pressure cuff being pumped up' in September of 2000.
'Three or four months later, she noticed a space she had not noticed before where she could see between the judge's drawer and a door on his desk.
'Over the course of time, Lisa Foster saw Judge Thompson place a penis pump on his penis 'maybe 10 times' and operate the pump.
'Ms Foster saw Judge Thompson masturbate on a number of occasions. Onone occasion, Ms Foster saw Judge Thompson holding his penis and shaving underneath it with a razor. She saw him put lotion on his penis onmore than one occasion.'
James Isaac Wall Jnr, chief of the Sapulpa Police Department, said he heard the noise of the pump during a trial last August.
The papers go on: 'Sergeant Michael Reed, of the police department, was testifying as a witness in the case and heard a sound like air coming from a pump.
'He noticed a plastic device in the judge's right hand and saw his hand moving up and down.
'Sergeant Reed later saw the device under the bench and assisted in taking photographs of it during the lunch break .
'This repeated use of a penis pump while performing his judicial duties violated the requirement that judges personally observe a high standard of conduct.'
