You do all realize Krusty is not real, don't you?
I expounded upon this a couple of years ago. She is just a software add-on package for Ultimate Bulletin Board software. The generic term is "hatebot".
Here is an example that is far more sophisticated than Krustybot. It is a fake Captain Kirk bot:

The problem with Krustybot is that the programmer is mentally challenged. He wanted to create artificial intelligence, but he actually created an artificial idiot.
Even though he knew it was a failure, he decided to release the software anyway, because he figured it would amuse people by it's sheer irrational stupidity.
