Looked cool, but the landing put the kid in the hospital. He fully recovered.

Another great thread per usual gs! I sure hope L.A. pulls this one off. I cannot tell if Ullrich can give him a hard challenge or not this year, but there are several others also that can test Lance. Last year was totally unbelievable - fantastic Tour!

Sat Jul 3 - Opening Day of Le Tour de France

US Postal Service team leader and five-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong, of Austin, Texas, is urged by supporters as he strains in the final meters of the prologue of the 91st Tour de France cycling race, a 6.1-kilometer (3.8-mile) individual time-trial trough Liege, Belgium, Saturday, July 3, 2004. Fabian Cancellara of Switzerland, of Team Fassa Bortolo, won the stage, Armstrong finished second.

Ya know Sheryl Crow is over there with Lance, cooking meals and feeding him the tuna taco every now and then.... :D

He better get it now before he gets to the mountains...besides...his ex-wife looked a ton better than that dried up handbag...

on a side note...2 American threats are within a shouting distance of Armstrong...Tyler Hamilton...who was running well last year...but wrecked...broke something...can't remember what...shoulder?...somethin'...still finished well...is only 36 seconds behind...

would be nice if those two would finish 1-2...

What's left for L.A. He just destroyed the field this year. It wasn't even close. That dude is a machine!

What's left?

if he wants it...

7,8,9,10.....

He's so good in the mountains...I just can't see anyone passing him any time soon...there's nobody even close...

Love the pics gslinger!
However, correct me if I'm wrong, I thought this was the 101st Tour de France?
It began in 1903, right?
