Lively is even more hateful than most. He got his start in the "Oregon Citizens Alliance" which was like the Westboro Baptist Church, with less silly picket signs, but just as much hate. They tried (and thankfully failed) to expand into Washington state. From there he moved on to pushing his hate internationally, such as in that group that talked the Ugandans into making homosexuality a "death penalty" offense.
