Far down in the polls, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal announced Tuesday night he has suspended his campaign, effectively withdrawing from the 2016 GOP presidential race.

“This is not my time,” the governor announced on Fox News, adding he was not ready to endorse one of his rivals.
