Fans face $250 fine if they're found with alcohol at the band's gig in Auckland

A local council has installed a temporary ban on alcohol for AC/DC's concert on December 15th.
The band will be playing at Western Springs Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand.
The ban has been put in place after a unanimous vote from the Waitemata Local Board. The council say these kind of temporary bans have “significantly assisted in curbing alcohol-related harm and offending in public areas".
There will be no alcohol allowed on site from 6am on Tuesday 15th December until 6am the following day.
