Well, the standard procedure with the last few Presidents (since the era of the "modern internet") is that they do not get to have their own personal devices, for security reasons. And with all the controversy about "Russian hacking" I certainly don't see how they could make an exception in that policy for Cheeto. Though he will probably whine about it.
