The President and his spokespeople claimed the only thing that was discussed at the table was where they were going to hold the press conference addressing North Korea's launch of a ballistic missile towards Japan. If there's any proof confidential information was discussed or viewed I'm sure it will be all over the internet soon enough. Until then all I see is more unsubstantiated accusations of possible wrongdoing by a group or groups of biased media personnel who would be more than happy to discredit the President whether their accusations are based on fact or fiction.

I've been in the same room as President Reagan and President HW Bush. With Reagan it was a press conference at Brigham Young University. With Bush it was at a fundraising dinner. The security around the president controls the room. It's very regimented and you just don't walk up to the president's table and say hi. The pictures don't mean anything. If the officer carrying the nuclear football is having his picture taken with guests or people are running up to the president's table and taking iPhone pictures of TOP SECRET documents I find it hard to believe. The president is having dinner with another head of state. He's not in charge of security. The Secret Service are interesting. The ones you meet going into the building are very friendly. The ones at the metal detectors are less chatty and all business. The ones around the president are pit bulls. They are all business and very intimidating. No question they would mess you up if you rushed the president.
