More like the F A T Orange man being belligerent toward a country that holds so much American debt. Of course, it is unlikely that China would dump its US treasury holdings completely, but if China chose to, it would hurt China but in return it would completely devastate America.

It really goes to show how utterly stupid the F A T Orange man is as he claims that China agreed to reduce tariffs on cars imported from the US to 0%. (China raised it to 40% when the F A T Orange man imposed his stupid tariffs in the first place.) Funny thing is that China can't legally do that. China is now part of the World Trade Org. (WTO). One of the primary rules of the WTO is known as the "most favored nation" principle wherein a country cannot offer special deals to just one country without offering the same deal to them all. So if China offers the US 0% tariffs on auto imports, it must offer the same to all the other countries that want to sell their cars there. So you see, the F A T Orange made no deal.

Also what the F A T Orange man's administration doesn't realize is that China does not sell many US cars (and neither does the US, it seems). Most of the cars sold in China are made in China, with imports from Japan and Germany being the most popular foreign-made cars (just like in the US). Japan and Germany would love a 0% tariff deal with China. (I believe that right now they pay a 15% tariff.) So you see how stupid the F A T Orange man is?

The only way to get around the WTO's most favored nation rule, which would come into play not only in the area of automobiles, but with regard to some of the other stuff Trump is talking about, would be for the US and China to sign an entirely new trade agreement between the two countries, separate and apart from the WTO. That cannot possibly happen in 90 days. Even if the F A T Orange man's administration slap something together within that time frame, it would still have to be ratified by Congress before it was binding and that is not likely going to happen with the Dems/Pelousy having the majority in the House.
