Stevie Ray Vaughn was no slouch either. Add in central Texas brisket and Nocona boots. I did have the misfortune of having to drive from El Paso to Galveston for a family reunion las summer. I agree. Texas is pretty much a shitty place. I did manage to stop in Lockhart for some BBQ. The seafood on the Texas coast is not as good as what you get in the pacific northwest. The port of Houston has to be one of the ugliest places on earth.
