Well... at least it's self ordering screens, and not a matter of poor employee hygeine. Still fucking disgusting obviously, but not really much Mickey D's can do about it. Hard for them to make it mandatory for the customers to wash their hands before ordering.

This is what happens when cheap greedy corporations decide that even minimum wage is too much to pay a human being to punch buttons on a cash register.

Agreed...a public restroom doorknob is just as bad..I may have to start carrying around a box of latex gloves..and some hand sanitizer..germs are the enemy of the elderly..

Shit is everywhere. When I was in a biology lab in college we were seeing what cultures we could grow off of swapping various things. I swapped a keyboard in the computer lab and grew a nice big culture of germs. The only other thing that came close was an old sponge by a sink. So if keyboards are nasty well then, touch screens will be bad. Wash your hands before you eat folks or have some hand sanitizer handy. Momma was right on that one.
