Funniest commercial you've ever seen

Saw this one in Panama on SCN (Southern Command Network) back in '97. It was a commercial for some spanish classes...and it takes place in a restaurant. Here's how it went:

Woman: Excuse me, are you bilingual?

Man: Yes, I am.

Woman: ¿Donde está el baño? (Where's the bathroom?)

Man: Yes, I am.

The claymation chips ahoy one where it's this kids birthday party.
There's all these kids, a mom, and this huge chocolate chip cookiesinging happy birthday to this chick. So they finish and everyone is smiling, looking at the cookie. The cookie turns and goes, "where's the cake," with this innocent smile on his face. The girl goes, "there is no cake" and he's smiling and then goes "oh".

I forget the product but the scene was a bunch of cowboys hurding thousands of cats across Texas-- hilarious.
