It's 4.3 GB. I don't know what you're downloading but no one else had this problem.

Strike that, I know what your problem is. You're downloading the torrent file and thinking that that's the video. Not so. You need Bit Torrent software to run the torrent. Do a google search for that and I'm sure you'll find one of the various software out there. When you do that, you'll then be connecting to others and you'll have to depend on their uploads.

BTW I went to download something else on that tracker and I got the same problems you had--poor download speeds. I'm on a router but I never have problems with the STG tracker.

The speed varies only depending on how much others are uploading.

You can stop and restart at any time without a problem but you will not get a faster speed by doing that. It's all dependent on how much other people are uploading.

That's the principle behind Bit Torrenting--one person initially starts it going (called the seed) and you'll have 50, 100, 150 whatever "leechers" waiting for the seeder to upload a complete show. Then as everyone completes their downloads it up to them to spread it, like a domino effect.
