I've been neglecting this song of late... shame on me..

Love Dave's vox on this one and Eddie's playing would have up there with his best! - great solo.

..now let me go find the CD...

Yah, this is a damn cool song. I also like "Light up the sky". That has some kick ass drumming in it. What gets me is when I saw Alex in June...his solo sucked. I was unimpressed, tired, and couldn't wait for it to get over. I was shocked at myself, because I always considered him one of my top drummers.

Outta Love Again is probably one of my least favorite VH songs but I still like it. Hell if Van HALEN did a concert with only the 10 songs I like the least, I'd still be ecstatic.

I think Outta Love Again is a great kick ass VH rock classic from Van Halen II showcasing Dave's bad ass vocals with great drumming from Alex.

It's a kick ass song all the way around. The intro kills.

I love his screams on this one, some sound painful. I love his screams on "You're No Good".

When you guys sing along with Dave, Do you do all the screams and howls and all that?

I don't know about you, but, I do. I know where every grunt and groan is and they go right along with the lyrics.

Anyone who still has a tape deck and a cassette copy of VH II, can put it on and if you have the VU meters on your deck, you'll see that the highest they ever go is when Dave screams on Dance the Night Away.

Many examples, but he hits a really high note on the line, "..from ACROSS the room"
