Hope you birthday has kicked tons of ass!
Are you a fellow old engine geek like me? Oh don't get me wrong, I love big V-12's and V-8's but there's something to those old sputtering things.
I can only imagine dude. I wasn't one of the nay-sayers though. That's so freaking awesome dude! I have met a shit ton of famous musicians but never anyone from VH. I would probably freak. Awesome experience man! Do you still play? Original or covers? I play in the Indianapolis area. I used to tour, but I'm to old for that anymore. Take care! B.
Hey, I just found this site and the thread about my article. No hard feelings about posting my info...I know it was all in good fun, but I can personally assure you the story is real and the guitar is in fact in my basement music studio...I wrote the story upon request of Jeff H. who runs the VHND and the van halen store...who I was talking with. I probably shouldn't have put my info on the story, but I wanted the story to have credibility...nothing more nothing less. From one van halen fan to another...I'm sure you can appreciate the magnitude of those 2 hours that eddie jammed in my LA apt. and there's actually a bunch of things in the story that I didn't even mention...bottom line...it was fuckin awesome! Peace, Ed
