No, this is a different clip. He's recording a commercial for his Top 40 countdown for some local affiliates, and keeps screwing up.

It's similar in content to the infamous Bill O Reilly "FUCK IT, WE'LL DO IT LIVE" clip.

Except Casey doesn't come off as insanely angry as Billo, even when he's cursing.

And they did include the dog thing at the end

I used to listen to American Top 40/Casey's Top 40 and write down the names of each song as it was being counted down. A few years ago, when we moved I found the notebooks with the weekly lists, and I laughed and wondered why having a written record of the weekly countdowns was so important to me when I was a child?!
