Russia wanted Hillary to win the election. They had the goods on her. They could blackmail Hillary and keep her in check. They are nervous about Trump the same reason everyone else is. This is a businessman with no political experience who won the most powerful political position in the world. Trump has no past political record to go off of. Putin has been buzzing our ships and flexing muscle here and there to see how Trump will react. So yeah. I'm sure he has been trying to figure Trump out. With Putin you are dealing with a KGB colonel who was trained by one of the best spymasters in the East German Stassi. Putin has enriched himself while in office to where he's probably in the top five richest men in the world. He doesn't want to give up power because he doesn't trust anyone who would replace him. He's got his own enemies in his own country and Russia is a country you have to stay on top of or it can get out of control before you know it. One reason it's leaders have been ruthless. At least with Putin in charge there is stability in a very large country full of nuclear weapons. So from a geopolitical standpoint it's probably best to get along with Putin and Putin will see what he can get away with. We have always had a weird relation with Russia. It's never completely been our friend but sometimes it's an allie. I think our biggest concern is China. China has ran more cyber, economic, and psychological warfare on us that Russia has. With Russia all it's eggs (oil) is in one basket and we can control the value of their bonds. We still have the world's reserve currency and we call the shots. But with Putin we will get to see if Mr. Trump's negotiation skills are as good as he brags about.

Of the $145 million allegedly contributed to the Clinton Foundation by Uranium One investors, the lion’s share — $131.3 million — came from a single donor, Frank Giustra, the company’s founder. But Giustra sold off his entire stake in the company in 2007, three years before the Russia deal and at least 18 months before Clinton became secretary of state.

Does not longer owning stock in the company preclude Giustra from brokering the deal for cash money from the company? Do you have any proof Giustra didn't broker the deal? Why did he donate that much money to the Clinton Foundation in the first place? Notice how they mentioned when he sold off his stock because that helps their bullshit story but they don't include when he made the donations? Is it because it was a lot closer to the time the deal went down? Off course it was otherwise they would have included that fact.

The real source was Huffington Post. All Yahoo did was provide the link but I was kind of surprised either one of them ran the story. Huffington Post was founded by moderate Republican Arianna Huffington, who eventually sold it to the far right AOHellTimeWhorener corporation. So by definition it was never a "liberal" news source. It's really more of a news aggregator than a news source anyway, as most of their articles & contributing writers come from elsewhere.

Regardless of who ran the story nobody has disputed the fact the deal happened, Bill Clinton went to Kazikstan with Frank Giustra and gave some type of public blessing for the leader of Kazikstan and more than $100 million was donated to the the Clinton Foundation by Frank Giustra who supposedly brokered the deal that had to and was approved by certain officials including the secretary of state who just happened to be Hillary Clinton. If that doesn't make you suspect there was at minimum a huge conflict of interested there you're probably brain damaged.
