Having a banner with 'Trump - Whatever it takes' is a bit ominous when you have him undermining your voting system...
I don't know how Trump could be undermining the voting system... it's all managed, funded and controlled at local city, county and state levels. The federal government has no hand in operating or overseeing the system... definitely not the executive branch. Each state has their own system.
If the COVID19 pandemic has taught us anything... it's exposed how government actually works and/or fails at local and state levels. Civics class finally became real...
Well, there's the obvious fact that several states already did their voting exclusively or partially by mail before the pandemic, and several other states have since increased availability to vote by mail BECAUSE of the pandemic, combined with Cheeto's obvious sabotage of the United States Postal Service through his piece of shit hack appointee DeJoy - a postmaster who can't even fucking tell you what a postage stamp costs?? - that amounts to a deliberate assault on the voting system. And just last week he told all his MAGAtts to vote BOTH by mail & in person, which of course, is illegal as Hell. Cheeto should be in prison for that alone, but his hack Attorney General pretends to not even know it's against the law to vote more than once.
He's undermining it by calling into question whether postal votes are real because he knows that there are more Democrat postal votes. He set up an inquiry with his own people running it to find cheating of the postal vote at the last election and they found none. He's also undermining it by telling people to vote twice, once by post and then in person. Even if none of his supporters does that, they will think that the other side has if they lose.Quote:

If you follow the facts and funding, the US Postal Service has the funding and capability to handle the additional mail-in balloting even with COVID added into the equation. Will they do a good job..? We'll see... USPS employees come from all parties and most are just hard working Americans doing their best.
No matter who appears to have the winning combination of total votes, both mail-in, in-person, popular and/or electoral college... the results will be challenged without a doubt. There will be questionable situations and plenty of bullshit for all sides to feast on. Guaran-damned-teed!!
Polling... LOL. Each of even the most reputable polling outfits base their results based on a given number of phone calls to random phone numbers. Only 6.5% of the US has landlines meaning 93.5% of those calls are going to mobile phones... how many pre-teens, teenagers, morons and idiots do you figure those polling companies reach..? Think about it in today's communications world... 4 years ago polls had Clinton winning... Do you really think the numbers today are any better of an indicator?
Simple fact... no one "is ahead" today. Most votes haven't been cast, none have been counted.

Clinton did win the popular vote by 3 million votes. Good polling models that I follow like FiveThirtyEight take all the polls into account depending on how well they are conducted and then put them through a big process.
