Nikki Sixx just made the following post on the Motley Crue messageboard.

The final depo in the vans law suit is monday.Im excited to take them to court.They have offered settlements but they have all been a slap in the face.I cant wait to take them to court and set straight that companies cannot and will not be allowed to use celebrities images without permission.

on other new...Vince smoked the 4 new tunes...He sang the best ive heard in in years.

I know the possible Motley Crue reunion tour next year will probably be huge & nostalgia for former 80's MTV kids but their impact has faded drastically just like most 80's rock bands into the garbage dump of rock & roll while the 2 reality series with former members Vince Neil & Tommy Lee is a desperation for publicity.
