"Van Halen was one of the most hallelujah, tailgate, backyard, BBQ, arrive four hours early to the gig just for the parking lot bands. And still to this day is. It's an attitude. I think it's a spirit more than anything else is."
Just that '84 season alone when Marino threw for the 48 TDs and 5 grand.
Monster seasons everywhere that year.
I'm thinking Cliff Stoudt.....

Ya think Terry bradshaw would be a good F-QB?
If I'n not mistakin, Bradshaw had the WORST QB rating of all the greats. In the 70's or something.
I would tend to agree, Terry would not be the greatest fantasy QB....
I hope you realize that the QB rating is ENTIRELY based on passing stats...Those teams didn't have to pass that often....
They just didn't need to with a very good running game and a great offensive line.....
But I think you would also agree that when he needed to, he could toss the rock pretty damn good as well....
Well...he wasn't exactly throwing to a couple of pussies either...
Thing is...you couldn't double anyone...with Bleier, Franco, Bennie, Swann and Stallworth...
you had to single everyone...and pray...
another option..would Jim Brown be all that, at this time and age for
a fantasy 1st pick?
good one..........
Yeah...based on his TD numbers...and how long he held the record...and lots of 1,000 yard seasons...equal...lots of 3 point bonuses...
