Do you mean who voted for you here on this site... or are you talking in the upcoming election? If you want to know who the votes are from on this site... simply click on the yellow # of votes underneath your user rating.... it will pull up a listing of who has voted for you.

And to add to LMS's excellent answer, to vote for somebody else, click on "Profile" in one of that persons posts. You will then see the rating option..
