Wyoming had 232,396 registered voters, 62% of eligible voters for the 2004 General Elections; turnout of registered voters was 245,789, or 106% of registered voters. I don't have a dog, but if I did, he would be a Democrat. And furthermore, I could have voted my grandmother's absentee ballot in 1996, and nobody would have noticed, but I chose not to do so. (She passed away about 6 months before the election)
