I meant what year was it done ?WAS IT A LEFTOVER FROM SKYSCAPER OR WAS IT A NEW RECORDING JUST FOR THE GREASTEST HITS CD, was vai on it? who produced it?,etc. that kind of stuff... I don't give a rats ass about the concept of the actually song title "don't piss me off"!!

I suspect it was recorded for the Best. The collection of musician appear to be unused on anything else he's done.
