Wondering why this song was never released? Or if it is, where can I get it?

Sorry.
http://www.dlrband.net/audio this link might help if not go to UNOfficial David Lee Roth .com click on media then clickon Dave performs at KQRZ and find TIN CUP.
No BULLSHIT AT ALL!!! HA
It's a radio show....not a studio recording.
You are wondering why it was never released....because the only copy of it anyone has heard is from a radio show.

Sorry for doubting you, I thought you meant it was a studio track.
tin cup was performed at radio interviews promoting the Sam and Dave tour.

at all.
all is good, but what do you think of the tune?
I thought the song sounded great. I'm actually surprised Dave & the boys didn't do a studio version on the last album, especially since it turned out to be a covers album for the most part anyway.

I was surprised as well?!
I love this song, when i first heard it live on that radio show I was moved by it. It sounds really good when they play it live acoustic and Dave's voice sounds good too.

It is a cool off-the-cuff take on it, for sure.
Love it.
It's a Jimmy Buffet tune, by the way.
Considered a standard by any self-respecting Parrot Head.
Of which I'm not to that degree, but I like those cats. Dave and Jim share more than perhaps some here would like to see.
It's all good.
