What...CLEAN PUSSY? Could be, I s'pose. Of course, I would only slurp all-female bands, preferably the rebel bass player chick.
Didn't they open for White Lion several years ago? I think I have an old cassette somewhere...Originally posted by Rikk

Yeah, they had the PUBE FLOSS album and single in '87 which did well on MTV for a while before the drummer, LAYE BIA, left the band to pursue a solo career.
I saw them open for Crue on the Feelgood tour. They rock, probably my fav 80's band. Saw them for the first time open for Dave on the EEAS tour, got hooked!Originally posted by aesop

Yeah, the follow up. The CD-single came with a jar of fish scales. Great stuff, but it didn't chart. That's when CLYDE TORRUS left the band.Originally posted by aesop

Have one for yourself, on me.
I saw Tesla open for DAVE too.
Sad how the Grunge revolution of the 90's killed 'em off along with so many other 80's acts.
Tesla not withstanding, that was a good thing for the most part!Originally posted by Matt White

SAD indeed, Matt. Sadder, when the man who was the grunge revolution of the 90's that killed all the 80's acts, killed himself! Forkin Idiot!Originally posted by Matt White

Tesla is back and they sound as though they never left!
No question NICK! All those HAIR BANDS.......SUCKED!!!
Alice in Chains, SoundGarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Stone Temple Piolts, etc were a shot in the arm the music world needed.
Then they came out with that album "A clam and the intruding sea urchine"Originally posted by Rikk

It was a classic!!!!
I saw Tesla open for Dave on the Eat 'Em tour, and they were fuckin' GREAT!
(I also saw Poison open for Dave, and they completely sucked)
When the girl next to me got there, she asked ("who's this?"
"Tesla, I think."
"They any good?"
"They sound it, yeah."
"Yeah? she said, " well...the singer's got a nice ass, that's all that matters to me."
That exchange explained a whole lot of rules about life for me...
At least Tesla was good. I saw the EEAS tour 3 times. The Skyscraper tour with Poison opening (which I also saw 3 times) was nauseating! I agree with you Punk!Originally posted by academic punk

Funny how hard it was to achieve this. But it's been achieved.
So, drinks are on me.
(And NATRA...we need more peanuts, and can you put on a Barry Manilow single or two?)
wait...i missed something...Fab and RG are cool with each other now?
aww...i'm happy for 'em but i really do enjuoy a good catfight (and let's face it, these two are a pretty good match-up!)
Still, peace on earth is what it's all about, right? I'll buy 'em a bottle of whatever they want to share, so long as this is genuine and they promise not to attempt to break the bottle over each other's head
LMAO!
We'll see what happens... We have tried this before. Who knows tomorrow we could be scratching eachothers eyes out again...
Don't put the mud away just yet...

Miracle Drug
I want to trip inside your head
Spend the day there...
To hear the things you haven't said
And see what you might see
I want to hear you when you call
Do you feel anything at all?
I want to see your thoughts take shape
And walk right out
Freedom has a scent
Like the top of a new born baby's head
The songs are in your eyes
I see them when you smile
I've seen enough I'm not giving up
On a miracle drug
Of science and the human heart
There is no limit
There is no failure here sweetheart
Just when you quit...
I am you and you are mine
Love makes nonsense of space
And time...will disappear
Love and logic keep us clear
Reason is on our side, love...
The songs are in your eyes
I see them when you smile
I've had enough of romantic love
I'd give it up, yeah, I'd give it up
For a miracle, a miracle drug, a miracle drug
God I need your help tonight
Beneath the noise
Below the din
I hear your voice
It's whispering
In science and in medicine
"I was a stranger
You took me in"
The songs are in your eyes
I see them when you smile
I've had enough of romantic love
I'd give it up, yeah, I'd give it up
For a miracle, miracle drug
Miracle, miracle drug
