And I bet every one of you, except me, will pick Minnesota not only ATS but to win outright.

Now Minnesota had a nice win today, but they have a snowball's chance in hell of doing that again, on the road, against a far superior team than Green Bay.

    My predictions:

Pixburgh 16, NY Jets 7 in a boring as hell game.

Atlanta 28, St. Louis 10 in a rout

Eagles 35, Vikings 17 in what will be a comfortable win for the Eagles

Patriots 24, Colts 23 in what should be a great game.

I'll take the Jets and 9 1/2. Last game was close until the 4th if I recall correctly. Pennington played poorly that game. But, PGH won and that's what counts.

I just can't see INDY beating NE for some reason. And, I'm talking straight up not betting wise.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see STL beat ATL.

And, Philly will have their hands full. Their players were rested TOO much down the stretch.

I bet you said the same thing about Carolina last year and Tampa Bay the year before. Don't be too surprised if the Rams and Vikings become the first 8-8 teams in history to make it to the NFC championship game. The NFC was THAT mediocre this year.

You know what Carolina and Tampa were DIVISON WINNERS.

Minnesota is a team that was friggin' 8-8, went 3-7 in their last 10 games and defined backing into the playoffs.

No comparison. I didn't say that Tampa or Carolina had a "snowball's chance." I don't remember what I said, but I highly doubt I thought it was going to be a cakewalk. I expected the Eagles to win, sure. I knew last year Carolina wasn't gonna be easy...I was really hoping for St. Louis to bet them.

No way Minnesota wins that game...especially with Moss looking like a cripple...

              They looked good today...

but other than Va's assessment of the Eagles D sucking (which is ludicrous)...

I KNOW the Eagles D is much better than Green Bays...and they won't let Burleson beat them...

              The Eagles will win...

and I hope the Steelers bore you to death all the way to the trophy...

And I hope the Eagles beat the Vikes this year cause if the Rams win, they already know they can beat Philly.

THEY BEAT SEATTLE YESTERDAY...NOT SOMEONE GOOD!

Without TO, their starters 3 weeks sedentary, limping into the playoffs w/ 2 consecutive losses (one of them to the Rams) and the psychological disadvantage of 3 NFC championship chokes in a row (one of them to the Rams)... I just think the Eagles are in a difficult situation.

Just as I mentioned in the 3rd post of this thread and just like you mentioned above. I agree I think their starters were rested TOO much down the stretch.

I don't think it will matter...

and without TO...this is still the team that went to the NFC championship 3 straight years against toughter teams...

I don't think laying an egg the past two weeks will help...but I think many are forgetting how shitty the NFC truly is...

and a limping Eagles team is better than the rest...by far...

I don't believe I ever used the terms "sucking"....

I believe I called their defense "shitty"....

And if you've referring to run defense, my friend, that is shitty....

I think Philly will win vs. the Vikes, I don't see the Vikes shocking them like they did vs. the Pack.....

Ummm...Yea...I guess if you like seeing a 245 back drag 2-3 linebackers for a 5 yard ride after the 1st hit boring...Along with a crushing defense that swarms better than anyone in the leauge boring, then I guess your right...

To me, in the Baltimore game, first drive of the second half, when Pitt from inside their 10, I beleive, opens with a pass, runs 11 straight run plays right down their fucking throats, and ends with a TD pass, in the process knocking almost 8 minutes off of the clock is about as an exiting brand of football as I could imagine...

...And totally demoralizing to the opponent
