As much as I hate the thought of VH opening for Aerosmith (yet not nearly as much as I hated when they opened for Bon Jovi in Europe), I'll be there with bells on.

Who am I kidding...Van Halen could triple-bill with the Thompson Twins and Cyndi Lauper and I'd still be there, reluctantly recalling the words to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun just so I can hear Panama one more goddamned time before I'm dead. If Ed plays, I go. That's how it is. Maybe I'd be more particular if THEY FUCKING TOURED MORE OFTEN. (ahem).

Why would VH necessarily "open" for Aerosmith? It could be a mutual endeavor like the oh,...let's see...the SAM & DAVE TOUR.

In any case, I think you won't see any form of Van Halen this. Now get back in the PEN!
