Whenever they make a post, delete it, however, before deletion, make a copy of that post, and post it at the VH links.
That way, we don't need to read their bullshit, Joe and Katy are happy that they are still getting attention from the VH Linkers, and the VH Linkers are happy because they now have 2 "stars" among them, just like how Sammy is one!
Oh! and replace every deleted post with a picture of some hot naked chick!
