Just say Motley Crue Saturday nite in Oakland. What a fucking show!
I'm sorry to say it was the first time i've seem them live. I'm sure
they were better when they were young and hungry. But they still rock!
The whole show all I could do was think about how the two sisters
turned the greatest show on earth into a joke. Eddie always wants
his music to be taken seriously. After the last tour, if they try again
it's obvious there only in it for a money grab. atleast when the Crue
did there money grab they went all out and gave there fans what they
wanted. Back in the day they would open for Van Halen now who kicks ass and who sucks it.

I saw this too and completely agree. The first set was smokin ! I will be seeing them again tomorrow in Spokane.

I'm so pissed because I fell like this could have been Van Halen
So much potential that was never realized.
But that was a smokin show!!!!! I took my 14 year old. Blew her mind.
She keeps telling her friends about it. I keep thinking that its too bad
that there aren't anyshows like this for them. That whole 70's and 80's
rock was a special time that even if the sisters got there act together
it most likely disappoint.

Yes it was a great show. And as far as I'm concerned, there's nothing at all wrong with a money grabbing tour, IF the band puts out everything that fans wanna see AND hear. Motley Crue gets full points based on that.

And as usual, Van Hagar doesn't get any points. As a matter of fact, they just don't get it..........period.

Get on ebay, I always get great seats. What until the day before
the show. It's much better than a ticket service. The nite I saw them
they kicked ass. I paid about $125.00 ea. but I was 5 rows from the
stage.

I saw V.H. in M.T.L., in 1984... 4th row!!!

In the same summer, I saw Motley Crue "Shout At The Devil" in a small arena and it kicked ass (but not as much as V.H.)

They're coming here in August, I haven't been to a concert in a looooooong time but you bet your ass I'm going. Haven't seen them since '87 and that was one heck of a show. I'm even going to wear my shirt from that tour. I might have to cut off the sleeves but I'll fuckin' wear it.
