Ok, serious question.
Does anyone have anything on Dave's fitness and training regime? It seems fairly clear to me that this guy is seriously high on life most of the time, he really is bustin' his buns every day. I read that he took Kendo training for two hours every morning, in between reading books and magazines by the truckload. Does anyone know of anything more specific, because it's time for me to get in shape.
What does Dave do to keep in shape?
What does he eat, drink?
