In what can only be described as a flagrant disregard of boating safety, rocker Stephen Tyler submerged his own party barge late thursday evening.
According to witnesses, a drunken Tyler attempted to launch his personal watercraft from a secured on-board crane.
"It just blasted off the thing and went through the floor" remarked one party goer.
No charges have been filed pending a full investigation.
